Work With Me
These are transformative times and many of us are feeling the intensity. And I also see people, including myself, growing through the challenges and finding solidarity in community in the midst of uncertainty, ugliness, and extreme violence rising to the surface—an invitation for reckoning and healing.
The people I work with these days are doing what I call soul work. What do you hear, feel, and sense in these words? Soul work resonates in the bone and the blood. It might feel like an ache, a longing, a restlessness, a deep dissatisfaction. I understand soul work to express itself with the magnetism of a clear intention, saturated with heart energy can draw what it seeks with work, yes, but without struggle and striving. There is also the vulnerable place of not knowing which reflects the times we are living in where a chapter of history is ending and what lies ahead is sobering, but unclear.

People tend to know intuitively whether someone is a good fit for them. I encourage people to trust their intuition. You are welcome to schedule an exploratory conversation where you can tell me a little about your situation, the work you’d like to do, and ask questions.
I commit to offer you confidentiality, unconditional regard and encouragement, a place to experiment, stretch and grow, and a fresh perspective.
For those interested in slow, spaciousness work, we would usually meet once a month. For those interested in additional support during challenging times, we might meet more frequently.
The financial means of people vary enormously these days. The people are invited to offer what is both comfortable and appropriate for their situation.
